After a thorough renovation of Akersgata 2, Oslo, the Norwegian Medical Association is ready to move into the new beautiful premises. The deck between the first and second floors, where there was an external atrium, has been demolished, and to get the light down through the entire building, an internal glass roof was built. Here, in the new open atrium courtyard, Junckers has installed 160 m² Hexparket in the wood variety black oak.
The building is characterized by the fact that it has stood for many years without major changes and it became necessary to renovate, so that the Norwegian Medical Association got a more functional, presentable and modern expression. A solid wooden floor from Junckers stays modern and beautiful for decades and with the right maintenance you can extend the lifecycle of the floor considerably. Therefore, you do not need to replace a Juncker wooden floor if you need to renovate. It only needs a refresher and then it is on point again.
