GENERAL DESCRIPTION
For gluing of 22 mm chipboards to Junckers sports battens.
Package size: Tubular bags of 600 ml / 936 g.
Density: Approx. 1.56 kg/litre.
Colour: Zinc grey.
Texture: Thixotropic mass, easily workable.
Solid content: 100 %.
TECHNICAL DATA
Basis: Silane Modified Polymer (SMP).
Solvents: None.
Consumption: Approx. 60 g per linear metre (sufficient for approx. 16-17 linear metres).
Drying time: Full strength after 1-2 days.
Open time: Wet glueing: 0-40 minutes.
Adhesive application temperature: Best at 18-22 °C.
Shelf life: Minimum 1 year in unopened packaging when stored in a cool and dry environment. Not to be exposed to temperatures below 0 °C.
DIRECTIONS FOR USE
- Apply adhesive evenly in lines on top of the battens.
- The adhesive lines must be a bit shorter than the width of the chipboard. This to avoit adhesive in board joints.
- Do not use the adhesive if the temperature in the room or the adhesive is below 15 °C.
- If the adhesive has been stored cold, warm up the product before use.
