GENERAL DESCRIPTION
When oak is exposed to moisture, such as from leaking flower pots or spills from drinking glasses, tannic acid can be drawn to the surface. Tannin Spot Remover for Oak neutralises dark spots and discolouration caused by tannic acid.
Use Tannin Spot Remover for Oak on surfaces treated with soap, clear oil or wax. The product can also be used on untreated oak.

Product: Water and oxalic acid.
Package sizes: 250 ml spray.

Before use: Shake the packaging.
Surface and air temperature: 15-25 °C.
Storage: Lasts for 2 years if unopened and stored at 20 °C. Not to be exposed to temperatures below 5 °C.
DIRECTIONS FOR USE
Before you get started:
- It is recommended to test the product in a less visible place to check the effect on the surface in question.
- Avoid using Tannin Spot Remover for Oak on surfaces treated with coloured oil, as the colour intensity of the treated area will be affected.
Application:
- The surface must be clean, dry and free of loose particles.
- Apply the Tannin Spot Remover for Oak directly onto the stain, making sure to cover the entire stain.
- It is not necessary to rub the liquid into the wood.
- Leave on for approx. 30-60 minutes until the stain has been dissolved.
- Then clean the surface with a cloth wrung out in warm water.
- The procedure can be repeated if the stain is not completely dissolved.
- When the surface is completely dry, you can re-treat with the original surface treatment.
