The iconic Jianshang Sports Complex is the first 5-storey sports centre in the Longhua District of Shenzhen, China, built according to the China National Guobiao standards. This is also the first multistorey sports centre in China, with the “giant stairs” design symbolizing this major step.
This 25,000sqm (Total building area: 63,000sqm) sports centre offers a wide range of sports facilities, including tennis courts, badminton courts, basketball courts, multi-purpose sports halls, swimming pools, table tennis halls, squash courts, gyms, dancing studios, etc., for general public use and holding small-scale competitions. Successfully overcoming obstacles such as the pandemic and inflation, it was opened on 20th January, 2022.
For this indoor training courts, 22mm Maple Champion was installed on a Unobat 62+ sub-construction. This particular sub-construction is a batten based solution and it also features a unique adjustable and locking wedge system making it easy to level and accommodate the flatness of the hardwood flooring to all types of uneven subfloors.
